Test Details: Flow cytometry myeloma panel is used in addition to blood investigations i.e. serum electrophoresis, serum immunofixation, SFLC assay; Panel of flow cytometry markers are used to assess whether increased plasma cells in bone marrow are monoclonal or polyclonal in nature. Assessment of minimal residual disease in a known case of multiple myeloma on therapy can be done.
