Test Details: LKM-1 antibodies are antibodies that are detected in the serum of individual who suffer from acute or chronic liver disease. Symptoms include jaundice, weakness and enlarged liver. Presence of LKM-1 antibodies are suggestive of type 2 autoimmune hepatitis. LKM-1 may be detected in some patients of HCV infection.
