Test Details: Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) are a set of autoantibodies developed when an individual’s immune system attacks the neutrophil protein, proteinase 3 (PR3). Anti-PR3 is an ELISA test for the quantitative determination of IgG antibodies against proteinase 3 (PR3) in human serum or plasma. The Anti-PR3 (hs (high sensitive) has unusually high sensitivity (96 %) and simultaneously high specificity (99 %), providing outstanding diagnostic power in ANCA diagnosis for a number of diseases such as systemic vasculitis.
