Test Details: Indirect immunofluorescence identifies ANCA by staining patterns withn neutrophils. ANCA staining throughout the neutrophil cytoplasm (C-ANCA pattern) usually occurs with a PR3-ANCA.ANCA IFA is simultaneously tested on ethanol-Â and formalin-fixed slides to allow differentiation of C-Â and P-ANCA patterns.
