Test Details: CD45 pan-lymphoid markers useful for separation in normal lymphoid cells from blast cells. This is the anchoring marker to identify the presence of blast cells. The blast cells are usually dim CD45 compare to normal lymphocytes. It also helps to gate purified lymphoid population in T and B lymphoid subset testing.
